Detailed Problem Description
(Include Screen Shots if required )1. Costing is not running for Raw materials, NEC separately running costing transaction for Raw materials.
2. To pass PO Price for extending existing materials without vendor and PO Price (From 9010 plant with US vendor / from 9030 plant with UK Vendor / 1410 plant for apparels).
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
(Include Screen Shots if required)It was observed that costing is not running for raw materials and materials are creating without standard price.
Solution involves:
1. Would create new objects in material creation lsmws related to zmmgbl, zmmgbl2, zmmapp_create programs
2. Would add an addition step in materials creation programs zmmgbl, zmmgbl2, zmmapp_create programs to run the costing
3. Would modify material creation programs to pass PO Price for extending existing materials without vendor and PO Price (From 9010 plant with US vendor / from 9030 plant with UK Vendor / 1410 plant for apparels).
Resolution
1. Created below lsmw objects for raw materials costing:
- ZGBLUPLOAD COSTING STDCOSTCALC_ROH
- ZGBUPLOAD2 COSTING STDCOSTCALC_ROH
- ZGBLUPLOAD COSTING STDCOST_ROH_APP
2. Added additional step in below programs to run the costing for raw materials separately:
- ZMMGBL
- ZMMGBL2
- ZMMAPP_CREATE
3. Modified above material creation programs to fetch the PO price for extending existing materials without vendor and PO Price (From 9010 plant with US vendor / from 9030 plant with UK Vendor / 1410 plant for apparels).
